This area of law is very complicated. The Aire Centre is a specialist law centre which exists to provide expert help to advisers in this field. If your adviser wants to be sure that they are giving you the right advice they can contact The Aire Centre on 020 7831 4276.

Unfortunately The Aire Centre can't give advice to members of the public

Can you spare a few minutes?
We would be grateful if you can answer the survey on the following link. What do you think?
This will help us to improve our guides to make sure they are as helpful as possible.
