Warning!
We are considering removing the tracker tool from this site. If you are using it please save the address of the log in page in your favourites, and let us know using the comment form at the bottom of the page.

It also includes a ToDo list which you can use to set reminders to yourself of when you have to do something. The Tracker Tool can then send you an email reminder.

The Tracker Tool stores all this information securely online, accessible by password. It will produce a printout of your issue and of all the steps you have taken to resolve it.

Why should you use it?

"When I left my flat, I couldn't get my deposit back from my landlord".

I used the tracker tool to keep a record of when I sent letters to him, and to remind me to send another letter a week later. It helped me keep track of what I'd done, and what I needed to do next. When he realised I wasn't going to go away, he finally paid my deposit back in full." Sarah, Leeds

The Tracker Tool provides a handy way to keep track of what you're done. You can record the names of people you've dealt with, the dates when you've written or spoken to someone, and what they've said.

Experienced advisers routinely record this kind of information when dealing with a case. The Tracker Tool incorporates their expertise and encourages you to record:

  • Who you spoke to
  • When you spoke to them
  • What was agreed

This information helps you to keep track of your problem and will be invaluable if you have to take further legal action.
