1. Advice Services Alliance (ASA) has produced the Tracker Tool to test ways of helping people deal with legal problems. We continue to provide it as a free service.
2. Advice Services Alliance accepts no liability from the use of the service.
3. Advice Services Alliance respects your privacy. Your data is stored on an SSL secured server. Your personal details will never be passed to any other body. ASA will only contact you to pass on information about the Tracker Tool Service or to request your feedback on use of the service. Your use of the service is dependent upon agreeing to this contact.
4. Advice Services Alliance reserves the right to withdraw the service. Should this become necessary we will give maximum notice and will ensure that your details are passed on to you via your registered email address.
5. Computer systems can fail. You should not rely solely on the Tracker Tool to remind you of important dates. You are responsible for taking backup copies of your information. Print out an issue log and email yourself with copies of your issues every time you make signiifcant changes.
6. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information on this site is accurate, Advice Services Alliance cannot be held liable for any errors and omissions, or any consequences arising from them.
