Moving In

Moving in with your partner may be one of the most exciting and romantic decisions you’ll make in your life. So, as you step over the threshold and start your new life together, it hardly seems right to be discussing what rights you have, and what would happen if you were to break up.

But this is something you should consider. Because where you move into, and how you pay for things make a big difference to your rights. It's important that you know how, so that you can ensure your partner doesn't always get the distinctly fuzzy end of the lollipop. Otherwise, one of you could be in for an awful shock if things go wrong.
