'I had to do something about it'

Advicenow2 At first Stuart put up with jokes and innuendo about the fact that he was gay. But gradually the treatment got worse and he knew that he had to do something about it. So he made a formal complaint (raised a grievance) with his manager.

In this sound file we join Stuart, his manager and someone from the human resources department in a formal meeting about Stuart's grievance.
