Do you want to appeal a benefits decision online but need help to complete the form

HMCTS (His Majesty’s Courts and Tribunal Service) is putting more of its processes online, including benefit appeals. If you need support or practical help to fill out an online form for an appeal, you can get help from We Are Group if you live anywhere in England and Wales.

We Are Group is working in partnership with HMCTS to give people digital support. For example, they can help if you do not have access to a computer or smart phone, if you don’t have internet access, or if you do not feel confident about how to use the online forms. Depending on what help you need, they can either help you over the phone, online via video call or face-to-face at a centre near you.

If you would like their help, you can

  • phone the helpline on 03300 16 00 51, or
  • text FORM to 60777, and some one will call you back, or
  • email them at support@wearegroup.com
