Change of mind
We hope you will be happy with your purchase from Law for Life's Advicenow. However, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, as long as:

What do we do with your information?
- When you browse our website we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. For more information on Cookies see the section below.
- If you send us a message using our feedback form we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, email address and query in order to reply to you.
- When you buy something from us, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
- If you request a copy of one of our extended guides for free we collect your name, email address and other personal information that you choose to give us.
- If you use the Personal Independence Payment (PIP) or Disability Living Allowance (DLA) mandatory reconsideration letter tool we do not store the personal information you input to the form, but we do use it to generate the letter and email it to you. Sometimes the email containing your letter returns to us if the email address can’t be found. We immediately delete these emails.
- If you fill in one of our surveys we do not ask for information which can identify you.
- If you sign up to our newsletter and give your permission, we may send you emails about other guides and updates.
How do you get my consent?
When you give us personal information, for example to send us feedback, complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order or arrange for a delivery, etc we assume that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

We use Shopify Inc to provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway, such as PayPal, to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
