Melanie is a family law solicitor at MBS Family Law. Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2007 Melanie has solely practised family law. Her caseload covers a wide variety of divorce matters, financial provision arising out of the breakdown of a relationship and disputes involving children. As a dual French/British national, Melanie has always specialised in advising French expatriates on family law matters in England and Wales, usually in French.

There are some areas that you may want expert help with that we don't offer as part of this project. That will usually be because the amount of help different people will need will vary greatly and so the solicitors on our panel can not offer a fixed price without risking making it unfair on people who need less help.
In this position, you can still ask one of our panel for their help. They will work out what help you need and what price they can provide it for up front, so that you can still be sure whether or not you can afford it.
Victoria is a Solicitor within the Family Department at Anthony Gold. Victoria practices in all areas of private family law, including divorce, dissolution, financial and children arrangements.
Victoria tailors her approach to the individual needs and constraints of each client, adopting a sensitive and empathetic approach. As a member of Resolution, Victoria aims to resolve matters amicably wherever possible, however she is also experienced in dealing with highly contentious matters and takes a robust approach to litigation.

Looking back over the year, public funding for legal assistance has continued to decline, as have the providers serving people in a number of core areas of law, on which many of the most disadvantaged members of society rely. This year saw the conclusion of the LASPO 2012 post implementation review; the overwhelming focus has been the impact of changes to scope and eligibility for legal aid, and the loss of suppliers across the country.
