Katherine is a Chartered Legal Executive at GoodLaw Solicitors, specialising in Family Law. Katherine passed her Resolution Specialist Accreditation in March 2025 and is a Resolution Specialist in Private Law Children and Domestic Abuse matters.
Katherine has worked in the Family Department since 2018 and obtained her Law Degree from the University of Surrey in 2019. She qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2023.
Katherine specialises in Private Law children cases, including cases involving domestic abuse. Katherine works closely with the local refuges in Sussex and Surrey, having previously worked for the National Centre for Domestic Violence in Guildford. Katherine also undertakes work including relocation, international abduction issues and care proceedings.
Katherine prides herself on her approach to clients when dealing with these difficult issues and her aim is to make clients feel at ease and to ensure that cases are dealt with quickly and sensitively.
Katherine is also a voluntary supervising lawyer at the University of Sussex Family Law Clinic.
