Going to the family court
Get affordable advice about your child arragements or financial order case during COVID-19 - the solicitors on our panel are available for appointments via Skype, Facetime, WhatsApp, or the phone. See Getting affordable advice from a family solicitor via Advicenow
If you are going to court (or considering it) to sort out a family problem, like divorce or arrangements for your children, we have the help you need. We know that if you cannot get legal aid and cannot afford the help of a solicitor, it is very stressful and difficult. We want to help you as much as we can. Our guides help you find your way confidently through the process, and aim to make it more manageable for you. We now also provide a panel of solicitors offering help at a reduced, fixed fee for just the most complicated bits of child arrangements or financial cases. We link to the best information from other organisations, and we also highlight where you may be able to get free advice and support to deal with your case.
Can you help us?
Too many people don't deal with pensions when they get divorced as it seems too difficult. We are writing a guide to help with this, and need people who don't know much about pensions to test it with, so that we can make it as helpful as possible. If you can help, email email@example.com.
