This training deals with practical legal questions around disrepair. You will learn about:

the basic rights and responsibilities of landlords and tenants in relation to disrepair,
possible courses of action for dealing with disrepair problems, and
sources of support when dealing with disrepair problems.

You will also be able to recognise and develop effective communication skills in order to negotiate with landlords.
