This workshop will help you support people with homelessness applications, particularly with effective vulnerability letters. These letters can make the difference in determining whether the person applying is entitled to suitable housing - whether in the private rented sector or social housing. The workshop include:
- an overview of the homelessness application process,
- information about the role of vulnerability assessments, and
- a hands on exercise in writing effective vulnerability letters.
