PIP appeals - How to appeal a PIP decision
An appeal is when a judge and two experts who do not work for the DWP will look at your PIP claim to see if the DWP made the right decision. Appeals are much more likely to be successful than a mandatory reconsideration because the decision is not made by the DWP. Unfortunately, in lots of places it is hard to get advice or representation to help with your appeal.
