If, because of one or more health conditions or disabilities, there is a substantial risk to you and/or others if you are found well enough to work or look for work, you will meet this rule. If you meet the substantial risk rule you can be treated as having Limited capability for work (LCW) or LCWRA even if you do not score enough points. It is important to mention any risks, such as worsening of mental health when asking for a mandatory reconsideration or appeal.
