No. The panel are usually nice and easy to talk to. They want to hear from you and will appreciate the effort you have gone through to get to your appeal hearing. They speak to people who appeal all the time so will understand that you might find talking about yourself stressful. 

If you prepare a list of which descriptors you meet and how, and make sure you tell them all, you will be fine.
