2.  Ask for an appeal online.  Follow our advice on how to ask for and how to prepare for your appeal. 
3.   Always take part in the hearing. You can make it less stressful by using our free tool to write a tribunal submission which sets out why the decision should be changed and giving it to the tribunal in advance.
